Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards with the exception of American Express. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.  
    

Dental Insurance

Currently, we  participate with Delta Dental, CHIP Delta Dental, Blue Cross Dental, CHIP Blue Cross Dental, and UPMC Dental Advantage.  If you have a dental plan other than Delta or Blue Cross Dental, payment in full will be required on date of service.  We will prepare a claim for you to send to your insurance carrier for your reimbursement which will be sent directly to you. If you should have a secondary insurance, we will also provide you with the necessary information for you to file to your secondary carrier. It is essential that you provide us with accurate information in order to file your claims properly.

Financing Options
